Primary Care

Primary care is the foundation of your overall health and wellness. At Marshall Health, a family medicine physician, internal medicine generalist or pediatrician is considered a primary care provider. We recommend seeing this physician at least once a year for an annual wellness visit, as well as sick visits, minor injuries and preventive care.  

Primary Care Services

Family Medicine
The physicians at Marshall Family Medicine provide ongoing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages--infant through senior adult. In addition to wellness and preventive care, our team of providers is also trained in obstetrics and women's health in primary care, occupational medicine, sports injuries and travel medicine. For your convenience, we offer seven family medicine locations throughout the region. 

General Internal Medicine
The internists at Marshall Internal Medicine are trained to diagnose common to complex conditions and have the ability to treat a multitude of chronic conditions. Internists treat adult patients throughout their lifetime and encourage wellness and prevention in behaviors. Multidisciplinary primary care services are available at Marshall Internal Medicine for our patients who identify as transgender.

Pediatrics
Parents depend on the pediatricians at Marshall Pediatrics to provide your children with the best care when they're sick and when they're well. The members of our pediatric care team are experts in the special needs of children. From primary care to more than a dozen pediatric subspecialties, our pediatricians help families healthy lifestyles for your child and educate on useful ways to role model your choices. 

Med-Peds
The doctors in our med-peds clinic are uniquely trained and board-certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics, which enables them to care for patients throughout their life--from newborn to senior adult.
