Family Medicine
The physicians at Marshall Family Medicine provide ongoing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages--infant through senior adult. 

Center for Healthy Aging
The center provides acute, chronic and preventive care for adults 55 and older. The center emphasizes independence, restoring function and improving quality of life for older adults.

CHH Home Care Medicine
In-home health care services for homebound patients 18 and older includes physical examinations, disease management, medication management, coordination of lab and x-ray services in the home and coordination of care (hospice, home health and hospitalization).

Senior Pain & Wellness Center
This center is dedicated to diagnosing and treating pain conditions unique to adults 55 and older by emphasizing preventive medicine and focusing on restoring function in senior adults.

General Internal Medicine
The internists at Marshall Internal Medicine are trained to diagnose common to complex conditions and have the ability to treat a multitude of chronic conditions. Internists treat adult patients throughout their lifetime and encourage wellness and prevention in behaviors. 

Hanshaw Geriatric Center
In addition to specialized primary care for an aging population, Hanshaw Geriatric Center, funded in part by the Huntington Foundation, offers onsite specialty consultations. The care team at this multispecialty clinic includes physicians, a social worker, a geriatrics nurse, a physician assistant, and a nurse practitioner. Services provided include primary care, annual wellness visits, Susan Edwards Drake Memory Evaluation clinic and a unique physician and occupational therapy run driving assessment clinic. No physician referral is needed.  

Geriatric Psychiatry
Our fellowship-trained geriatric psychiatrists are experienced in caring for patients 65 and older facing memory issues, dementia and a variety of other behavioral and psychiatric conditions.
