The Susan Edwards Drake Memory Clinic and Hanshaw Geriatric Center are always accepting new patients. Referrals can be made by contacting Robin Burd at 304.691.1010 to schedule an appointment. Patients may be scheduled as a consult or as a transfer of primary care, depending on need.

In most cases, patients are seen at Drake Memory Clinic in the morning to allow for an afternoon, interdisciplinary review of the patient by the geriatrician, psychologist, nurse, physician assistant, social worker, and dietitian.

A detailed report will be sent to the referring physician following the evaluation.
