At Marshall Health, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent billing experience. As part of our commitment to patient convenience, we partner with Fifth Third Bank to issue refunds for overpayments or billing adjustments.

Effective [date], Marshall Health will now deliver patient refunds by virtual Prepaid Mastercard®. Virtual cards offer an instant, flexible and paper-free payment for your refund.   

How It Works

  • If a refund is due, you will receive your prepaid Mastercard via email on behalf of Marshall Health. Claim your refund by
    accepting the virtual prepaid card and unlock the power to spend and other ways to access your funds.
  • Load your card to your mobile wallet, including ApplePay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay.
  • Start spending online or in-store. Shop anywhere mobile wallet payments are accepted.
  • Choose a different way to access your funds. Request a check, transfer funds via ACH directly to your U.S. bank account or get a physical card mailed to you.

If a virtual card is not claimed, a physical card will be mailed after 30 days.
