Marshall Health’s wellness committee regularly sponsors wellness campaigns for employees. These campaigns focus on overall employee wellness and may include external events, such as the American Heart Association Heart Walk.

Marshall Health employees are also eligible for discounts at area fitness centers include the YMCA, Orangetheory Fitness and the Marshall University Rec Center.

The Marshall Pharmacy offers several convenient locations for employees to easily stop in for prescriptions, as well as mail service prescriptions.

Employees who have worked in their position for at least six (6) months may apply to transfer to other departments within Marshall Health.

Marshall Health utilizes Dayforce as a way for employees to have access to information such as pay, benefits, and other human resources items at their fingertips through a website or mobile app.

Several Marshall Health departments offer discounts to employees on services. These services may include Botox, dermaplane facials or laser hair removal.

Several Marshall Health departments participate in community outreach events and health fairs to provide services to underserved areas. These volunteer opportunities are one way in which Marshall Health employees give back to the communities we have the privilege to serve.

Themed decorating contests are held throughout the departments for holidays and Marshall Homecoming week. Employees are encouraged to “Go Green” during Marshall football season to show team support. These opportunities encourage camaraderie and team building throughout the organization.
