If you previously had a myHealthFile account through Cabell Huntington Hospital, you should have already received an email invitation to join our new combined patient portal. Click the link and follow the prompts to establish your new account.
If you were a FollowMyHealth user but did NOT have a myHealthFile account, you will have to wait until your next appointment to receive an invitation to join.
To recover your password, please click the "Forgot Password?" link on the myHealthFile login page. This will walk you through the process to reset your password.
If you do not know your username or password, please call Cerner Customer Service at 877-621-8014 for assistance.
Your login credentials (username, password and security questions) are case sensitive. Make sure the Caps Lock is off and try again. If you still run into problems, please call Cerner Customer Service at 877-621-8014.
Some of your health information may not immediately appear in your new account on myHealthFile. Health events including immunization records, allergies and procedures will not appear until they have been confirmed by your provider at your next office visit.
However, you will still have access to your health information currently housed in FollowMyHealth. Although this record is no longer updated by Marshall Health (after Sept. 30, 2020), FollowMyHealth can continue to be a resource for you until your new portal account is updated at your next office visit.
myHealthFile should only be used for non-emergency health communications and requests. In an emergency, please call 911 or visit the emergency department nearest you.
