Separate medical home programs are sponsored by various insurance providers and include a variety of benefits. Marshall Health currently participates in sponsored medical home programs with these insurance companies.
If you are not covered by one of the following insurance companies, you may still participate in Medical Home through Marshall Health. Benefits may vary based on your insurance provider.
Public Employees Insurance Agency (PEIA)
PEIA members covered under PEIA PPB Plans A, B and D are eligible to participate in medical home. PEIA members who receive their health care from Marshall Health will not pay a co-pay, deductible or co-insurance for covered services at any Marshall Health location, excluding prescription co-pays.
