Rachele Subik, PharmD

Dr. Subik is a clinical pharmacy specialist practicing with the family medicine department at Marshall Health. Her primary clinical interests include hypertension, diabetes, medication therapy management, transitions of care and patient-centered medical home. Outside of pharmacy, Dr. Subik enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking her dog on long walks, playing either tennis or pickleball, and spending time outside from white-water rafting in the summer to skiing in the winter.
