Biography

Dr. Kullen specializes in acute adult inpatient psychiatric care at Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital and also sees patients at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Hershel “Woody” Williams VA Medical Center, St. Mary’s Medical Center and the outpatient clinic at Marshall Psychiatry.
