Providing nursing skills since 1993, Monica brings experience and knowledge in the chronic care management and treatment of CKD to our patients. She and the interdisciplinary team at the FMC J. Robert Pritchard Dialysis Center will collaborate to and successfully manage care plans to improve patient outcomes.
