Dawna Roby, CPhT

a. Dawna is a clinical pharmacy technician working with the Cardiology department at Marshall Health. She works alongside the clinical pharmacist in the department. She assists with patient and manufacturer assistance enrollment, processing medication prior authorizations and appeals, improving access to medications for patients, pharmacy navigation, guiding nurses and providers on the preferred medications and coverage options based on the patient’s insurance, and processing all refill requests received for the department. Outside of pharmacy, Dawna loves spending time with her family, reading books and buying new ones, attending football and soccer games during the fall and winter months, and spending lots of time outside in the spring. The beach is ultimately her happy place.
