Jessica Bailey, APRN, FNP-BC

Jessica Bailey is a family nurse practitioner specializing in pre-anesthesia testing at Rivers Health. She brings a strong clinical foundation to perioperative patient care. Prior to joining Marshall Orthopaedics, Jessica spent five years in pre-anesthesia testing at Cabell Huntington Hospital, where she developed expertise in preoperative evaluation, patient education and optimizing patient readiness for surgery.

Jessica is committed to providing thorough, compassionate and evidence-based care. She values clear communication, patient safety and helping individuals feel confident and informed as they prepare for their procedure. Outside of her clinical role, she remains dedicated to continual learning and advancing the standards of pre-anesthesia care within her community.
