Payne named operations manager at Marshall Health – Teays Valley

Scott Depot, W.Va. – Jessica Payne has been named operations manager at Marshall Health’s 51,000 square foot multispecialty clinic in the heart of Putnam County. In this role, Payne will oversee daily building operations and personnel at Marshall Health – Teays Valley, 300 Corporate Center Drive in Scott Depot.  

Payne joined Cabell Huntington Hospital and Marshall Health Network in 2006 and most recently served as manager of fundraising events for Mountain Health Network Foundations. Prior to that, she served as executive assistant to the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Support Services and Vice President of Revenue Cycle for Cabell Huntington Hospital. She earned her bachelor’s degree from West Virginia State University in Institute. Payne and her husband, Jonathan, reside in Hurricane with their two children.
