Biography

Tera Brooks joined Marshall Sports Medicine Institute's athletic training team in July 2022. She is currently a casual athletic trainer for St. Joseph Catholic High School. Tera has been a certified athletic trainer since 2009 and has worked with a variety of sports. Before joining MSMI, she was as an assistant athletic trainer with Whittier College in Whittier, Calif, PRN athletic trainer for UCLA Recreation in Los Angeles, Calif., and PRN athletic trainer for Olympic Sports and Spine in Tacoma, Wash. She also was the director of health services at a boarding school in Ojai, Calif. and the head athletic trainer for Hueneme High School in Oxnard, Calif. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to various destinations, hiking, golfing, softball and playing board games. She resides in South Point, Ohio, with her husband, Mark, and two stepchildren.
