Jessica Gillette, OTR/L, CSRS, CBIS

Jessica Gillette, OTR/ L, CSRS, CBIS, is an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy, with a strong clinical background in neurological rehabilitation.

Jessica has been an occupational therapist since 2014. She joined St. Mary's Medical Center in 2026 where she practices at St. Mary's Center for Pelvic Health. Her clinical expertise includes bladder function, bowel function, pelvic pain, sexual function and pregnancy/post-partum related pelvic floor conditions. Jessica has completed her pelvic health training through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Jessica's neurological clinical expertise includes stroke, traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions. Her neurological certifications include certified stroke rehabilitation specialist and certified brain injury specialist.

Jessica is passionate about empowering patients through education and individualized care. She strives to create an environment where individuals feel comfortable discussing sensitive concerns. Jessica is dedicated to helping improve patient outcomes while assisting patients get back to a life they enjoy.
