Dr. Preece is the pharmacy manager at Marshall Pharmacy located at Marshall University Medical Center. Carly is also the clinical oversight for Marshall Specialty Pharmacy and has led her team to full accreditation with URAC and ACHC. She has knowledge and experience with 340B laws and regulations and is also the longitudinal and management preceptor for Marshall Health's PGY1 ambulatory care residency program.
