26th Annual Employee & Family Picnic

Friday, August 9, 2019, 4:00PM - 10:00PM

We are excited to share a fun evening with you and your family in celebration of another great year at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and Marshall Health.

All employees planning to attend the picnic have permission to leave at 3 p.m. on the day of the picnic.

Access to Camden Park is available 4 to 10 p.m.

The family meal will be served in the pavilion from 5 to 7 p.m.

Due to a printing error, meal tickets were not included with your ticket stubs for the employee picnic this year. Please use the top stub (the largest stub at the top with event details) in place of the missing meal ticket to redeem your meal.

We also encourage you to write your name and phone number on your door prize ticket stub ahead of time to shorten wait time at the gate.

Winner will be announced on Facebook Live Monday, Aug. 12, at noon. Reminder: You will need to set your post’s privacy setting to public to be entered into the drawing.
