Dining with a Doc

The first Tuesday of each month features one of Cabell Huntington Hospital's skilled physicians who share their knowledge and cooking skills.

This month, Dr. Raj Khanna, a board-certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon at Marshall Health and professor and chair of the department of dentistry, oral & maxillofacial surgery at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, will discuss how diabetes and obesity contribute to poor oral health. Dr. Khanna will also share the health benefits of Indian herb and spices as he shows you how to prepare curried chicken.
