What to Expect During Your Visit

Upon arriving at a Marshall Health clinic, we want you to feel confident you are entering a clean facility, where all areas are continually disinfected. Staff and clinicians are required to wear face masks at all times. All patients and visitors are encouraged to wear masks as well.

To ensure social distancing, we have taken measures such as spacing appointments and rearranging furniture in the waiting areas. We also follow strict isolation protocols to separate COVID-19 patients from others.

Testing and Screening

Patients and visitors are screened for symptoms or known exposure to COVID-19 upon arrival at any Marshall Health clinic location.

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, our screening staff may refer you for a test. COVID-19 is diagnosed through a test that uses a nasal swab to collect a sample for analysis. COVID-19 testing is also required for any patient undergoing an elective procedure in our facilities or partner hospitals.
